Visualize an Assay

Go to Analysis > View Assay in the navigation bar. Select the name of the assay you wish to visualize.

Under “Well name”, leave the selection to “– All –” and press “Get chart” to show thumbnail fluorescence curves for all wells in the assay.

Select a particular well to view a detailed fluorescence graph for that well.

At any time, press the “Cancel selection” link to reselect an assay or well.
